Warehouse 30

Charoenkrung's hip one-stop shop.

Publish Date: 18 October 2019

This project by Duangrit Bunnag, one of Thailand’s leading architects, transforms a row of old, abandoned warehouses on Charoenkrung Soi 30 into a one-stop destination for the young and hip.

Grab a killer coffee and croissant at Maison Chatenet, shop eco-friendly products, dig for vintage finds, watch curated documentaries and grab dinner at experimental Thai restaurant DAG all in one go.

How to get there: From S@S Bangkok, your best bet is to catch a taxi. The ride should cost no more than THB100 and take about 15 minutes. Alternatively, catch the BTS at National Stadium station to Saphan Taksin, after changing at Siam, and explore the historical Charoenkrung neighbourhood. A single-journey pass will cost THB40. Warehouse 30 is about 17 minutes' walk from Saphan Taksin station. From there, you can also take an Orange Flag Boat (THB15) along the Chao Phraya River to Si Phraya Pier, and walk another two minutes.
