Yelo House
Siam's canal-side arts hub.
Publish Date: 07 February 2020
Step out of S@S and head for the graffiti-strewn path that runs along the canal behind the hotel, and soon you’ll be greeted by this vast black-and-yellow art complex.
Yelo House is the kind of place you could easily spend a breezy afternoon admiring exhibitions from emerging artists both local and international, shopping for artsy trinkets or chilling with a coffee while taking in the slowness of Bangkok canal life. Why rush to the BTS station when you can take this delightfully distracting detour?

How to get there: Yelo House is barely five minutes' walk from Siam@Siam Bangkok. One option is to turn left onto Rama 1 Road and then take another left onto Kasem San Soi 1, where you'll find the cafe and art centre on the right as the soi curls to the left. You can also take a more scenic route along the graffiti-strewn canal by turning left out of the hotel on Kasem San Soi 3 and heading right before the bridge over the waterway. After passing Jim Thompson House and Art Center, your destination will be clearly visible on your right.
20/2 Kasem San Soi 1, Rama 1 Rd.
