TAAN is pleased to announce the next installment of hyper-local innovative menus: Kimhan, Sathit, and Passa in its series emphasizing the use of local ingredients in which are exclusively available only during summer, and sourced from pioneering urban farm around Thailand to inspires the city’s residents on sustainable farming methods and ways of living.
Meticulously Created by TAAN’s Executive Chef Monthep Kamolsilp, in crafting an innovative 3 sets of course menu focused on creative presentations of highlighted ingredients such as Royal Project black caviar, Wagyu beef from Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai strawberry, fresh prawn from Ranong, and cocoa from Lampang. Dishes will include Caviar X Pak Wann, Jawe Honn, Nua Yang, Goong Prik Lueng, and Kanom Bueng.
